	FIX: Corrected an issue with the ARoP quest requirements. Karane should now accept either version of the level 60 Primal/T&C Master quests. ADD: Tiers 1 to 6 Helian/Lunus Dragon Transmutation chambers FIX: The remainder of the Dim crystals are now stackable FIX: Corrected the bonus percentages on T6 Diamonds CHANGE: Gathering from T6 Rubies and Sapphires will now grant you a chance of harvesting processed gems of the same type CHANGE: Evisceration of Life is now known as Evisceration of Life I, and is no longer masterable. Base damage has been increased to 500 and the recycle time reduced to 10 minutes. Reavers will now gain Evisceration of Life II at level 60 and Evisceration of Life III at level 90. FIX: Changes made to plot sizes in Shepherd's Home to prevent plots from overlapping slightly or have structures overlap. FIX: Moved sandpile in Mundi off the road. FIX: Dozens of small changes to locations of plot markers, plots with rough spots, and other minor errors made throughout the world to ensure that these plots are able to be purchased and built on after auctions. Note that texture coloring which does not effect the ability to build on a plot was not altered in this delta.

	Deep beneath the land of Istaria evil is stirring.  Evil so foul, so powerful, so deadly, that none dare speak of it lest they bring it to their own doorstep.  Istaria's brave community manager, Amarie, recently took another peek down into the dark depths of what is being called "The Blighted Labyrinth". By barely a tailor's thread, Amarie safely made it back to the surface with a letter given to her by one of the tormented souls trapped in the labyrinth. 	Location, Location, Location The land resizing has been completed for the most part in Istaria.  Some found that the plots they owned were a slight bit larger, and some noticed an increase or decrease in the value of their property.  “Three Gold!” one Istarian said, pointing at property that once used to cost a mere 367sp only months ago.  Justa looked at his plot… it was 1 gold 200 silver LESS in price. Concerns raised the fact that new residents of Istaria would have no choice but to place bids on property in less desirable areas due to the location.  Even plots in cities that were ghost towns before, had high price tags only because they were near a portal. After weeks of waiting while the Bureau of Land Management assessed the boundaries of each and every property in Istaria, the time has finally arrived for Gifted across Istaria to find a home for those who've waited long to own one. Dragon lairs once left vacant will soon be available for auction, and biped plots long left empty because of their small size have been enlarged and will be made available as well. September Live Updates Istaria Community Manager September 9, 2008
	This set of deltas contained significant changes to the player communities across Istaria. The vast majority of plots that exist in the world should be 1600 sq. m. or larger after these changes. Additions ADD: Added "Valor and Vengeance" quest to Pratt for Dragons ADD: Blight Resistance spell, formula and augmentation now have icons associated with them (Thanks to Valornyx) ADD: Added 25 new decorative lair murals. 12 of them are the same but with variations on the background. Blight Delta 150 Istaria Community Manager September 5, 2008
	The following fixes and changes were applied to Blight on 09.05.2008 as a part of Delta 150: FIX: Resolved an issue that was making it impossible to get the AROP. Players will now need to complete the Primal IX and T&C IX quests for level 90 in order to begin ARoP. Players who are on the ARoP but who have not completed both of these quests may be able to continue ARoP without issue. If the quest does become disabled, completing both level 90 mastery quests should resolve the issue. CHANGE: Tavernkeepers on player owned plots will sell food and food related items as normal. The Imperial Tavernkeepers will now only sell food that helps with the reduction of death points. CHANGE: The summer event (Pax Istaria) has come to a close. The vendors have packed up their tents and gone home, and the zoo animals have been taken to a wild life preserve.
