I don't need help, just have a question. If I post a reply on a support case and then close it, does CS get my reply, or does closing it remove it immediately from their list?
If you close it, it will warn you the ticket is highly unlikely to be seen.
What you can do, however, is post your reply, then come back and close it later as a seperate action. Your reply won't get put into the ticket timeline on the close operation itself.
The best thing to do is add a comment on the last part of your ticket saying that the case can be closed. I like closing cases :P
