Client 388.39.0 Frame rate duel monitors

Still have issues with the frame rate on the unfocused monitor when duel logging with 2 monitors, it will drop to less than 10 fps when not the focus monitor. It is very jerky and my level 100 (speed 107) toon wont stay on follow with my level 44 (speed 56) toon after short length of time (like 30 seconds). Hope you can figure out a fix for this. I don't mind the jerky part but the toon should be able to keep up. It all worked fine on a older Client. Maybe there is some setting I can change to get the unfocused FPS a little higher?
