We did clear up a bug during maintenance today with the plot reclaim process that was preventing guild plots from being reclaimed properly, yes.
Many plots in guild communities had been on the "To Be Reclaimed" list for months, even years at this point, but were remaining with "Pending Reclaim" status due to this bug.
Under the current reclaim process, when a plot is reclaimed it is deconstructed completely, with novians and items on the plots being restored to the owner of that plot.
If you are finding master plots that were once owned but are now empty, I would say that these plots fell under that bug and have now been reclaimed properly.
Okay, understood this part Velea - but I thought all masterplots (of guildtowns that is) are supposed to have a guildhouse on it aren't they?? (Perhaps as a structure, if not fully built) Now all masterplots that have been reclaimed are completely bare. So no guildhouse that is allready there, built or not (as it has always been).
Not that it's a problem to put on a guildhouse we choose ourselves on the spot(s) we choose ourselves, mind you! But it certainly is a change from how it has always been in that case; hence the question... ;)
Ah, now I understand.
Well, isn't that interesting.
Now to figure out what that is going to mean "long term".
When guildplots first were introduced after the first merger, the guildhouse had to be constructed on the master plot before any subplots could be purchased.
Not sure if the wiping of the existing master plot will still affect the ability to buy the subplots. And if it does, will rebuilding it still properly enable the subplots ability to be purchased? With all the plot deleting/resizing, there's no telling until someone tries.
Can we count on the links between masterplot-guildhouse and other plots buyable being non-existant now Velea? And what should we do: just start building away (on the masterplot), or wait for further dev-answers?
And there are still owned guild town subplots with supporting subs on some guild towns where the key plot Guildhouse has been removed - so to that extent subplots are in place and operational without a guild house to support them - that guildhouse finished or unfinished. Example on Order Shard is North Saritova.

The towns with missing guild houses won't be able to have the master plot purchased until after the next delta. When that delta happens, the un-built guild house will be on there again.
If sub-plots in a town are owned but the master plot was not, another guild will have the option to purchase the master plot. While anyone owning in that community won't be forced out of their already built and owned plot (so long as they maintain their subscription), the remaining plots in that community will be managed by the new guild, as has always been the case when a guild master plot is reclaimed.
And for clarity in the case of currently owned guild town subplots in guild towns having unowned Master Plot, after the upcoming Delta will those be the only subplots in that guild town which can be owned until the master plot is purchased and the master plot Guild House is fully built? And pending that Delta going live can the subplots be purchased?

Any idea when this next delta will be?
"When It's Ready" (tm)
When its ready aint no answer to a honest question even though i dont own a guild master plot i too would like to know how long it may take the dev team to get this issue fixed
