Anyone know which NPC I have to speak to in Aughundell to start the quest: Rune of Resistance?
I think I have checked out just about all of them.

The quest for the Rune ("Island of Alged: Kill the Taskmaster") is only available if you meet certain conditions:
1. Level 90 or greater
2. Completed quest "Iron Guard: Obtain a Stone of Revelry"
3. Are currently on the quest "Iron Guard: Destroy the Machine of Revelry".
The NPC you get the quest from is Toribas who is found on the Island of Alged himself.
