Expanding quest dialog and directions for "Destroy the Raiders" Quest.

Ok went about this quest from Kion and you are sent to scout out the undead which is fine and dandy. However when you get to the part about killing 8 raiders and marauders only weak skeletons are around and they do not update the quest progression. Ether there is a bug with the weak skeletons not counting or that the normal ones are not spawning?

A player would assume to start looking where the camp was found for the undead. If this is not the case should update the quest log with where to start looking instead of just listing kill X mob.

I think we increased the chances of the Raiders and Mauraders spawning.
