Crafting trainers levels

Finished all the crafting quest for blacksmith and outfitter both are a level 11, went to the trainers in Kion as the quest said but they did not have any crafting quest or new recipes. Is there a certain level you need to be for those trainers to give you crafting quest?

there are not really that mutch crafting quests after NT. most are in cooking and there is a scholar set learning you how to make scrolls. and later some potions.

for leveling you are on your one, just mining and crafting nand more mining and crafting and more mining and crafting.

resipies are sold by either the blacksmith trainers or can be found in loot. but not both.
