novians can only be placed from you one inventory not from presents (and probably etc)
the Falstaff can loom on abandoned island are misplace.

The distaff and loom machines on the Community building on Abandoned Isle Clothworking Center will be moved to the correct locations.
It sounds like you're saying Novians can only be applied to a building when it resides in your inventory. If the novians reside in your pet, pouch or cargo disk inventory, then they can't be applied to a player structure.
I can confirm you can place, for example, a Marble Construction Block while it resides in pet inventory, but you can not apply a Novian placed, that resides in pet inventory. I'll check with the tech team about a possible fix to this. Thanks for the report!
