Returning Soon ! :)

Greetings One and All!

FINALLY got DSL (512k) and ditched the rotten 2G (50k on a good day) internet connection I relied on since May of last year.

SO I'll be returning within the next week or so...

Now...I have my older (~3 yrs) Vista machine w/ 3GB and a new Vaio with 4GB RAM, 1GB VRAM, and Windows 7...

Questions/Recommendations (Dev's step in here too):

1) Vaio (Windows 7) or HP (Vista)?

2) Install from original disks and update, or,
3) Install from Istaria.com?

THanks for any helpful suggestions and I look forward to seeing you all again as well as the changes during my absence.

never having the install disks, i have always installed from teh website...
i run on vista, snake runs on win7 - it's your choice.....
personally i would go with the vaio, but that just cause i prefer sony over hp, but that's just me....
