AROP : After the fiend part 3.

After dealing with the Fiend and getting the Charged Rune of Summoning you are left high and dry with no entry about whats next, not a big deal yet. Then if you go back to PoS and Greet Hethsa you get an update in your active quest log called "Phantom of Winters Peak" No quest dialog is shown and no window pops up explaining what to do.Need text dialog on greeting this guy. Also if you greet him after you greet him the first time you get a dialog saying "Hurry Azure the Spirts await!"

I will try to nail some of the other minor issues once i track down the next part.
