I noticed this morning that when something fades, it will trigger the hotkeys to gray out (like evasive style I or sprint), then if you re-save the hotkey it will work fine. Also any attack will bring back all the grayed out hotkeys. Using sprint will bring them back too.
Is there a reason that drain bolt (of all tiers) simply won't function on a hotkey at all? Editing the hotkey, making a brand new one, etc. doesn't help at all. It's probably the most annoying part of the hotkey problems for me since I use it so much :I
I'm not having issues with hotkeys at all since the last fix.
Is there something I have to do to my hotkey bars then?
Over half my hotkeys are greyed out all the time. If I switch the bar # up/down, then the hotkeys on that bar un-grey for a couple of seconds, usually long enough to click one, but then they grey out again.
The ones that aren't usually greyed out are skills or abilities that I've dragged to a hotkey. Any hotkey that is text, or involves swapping a tool/weapon, or opening a formula, etc. are greyed out. Buff hotkeys and spell hotkeys are greyed out.
When crafting, I can just keep swapping the hotkey bar up/down before I need to click a hotkey, which is annoying, but it's doable. Combat is really difficult, trying to un-grey a spell in the middle of a fight.
This is on Blight, BTW.
I had trouble with the hotkeybars when the first hotkeybar blight patch came out. Then I just repatched back to normal. And since then I have no issues at all.
It grays out but only when I log in, I just push recall and cancel before it does so, and all go normall again and wont gray out anymore.
So it's only a Blight problem?

Mob List window looks interesting. I can see it being very useful.
First observation, is there supposed to be a distance that causes them to drop off the list? If i get a bit away from them (not sure on what distance is) they do say out of player range or something like that when i put cursor on them, but they don't seem to drop off the list. I had them still showing on list at 180 or more away (is that feet or meters?) away. They did drop off list soon as they was killed.

Have the hotkey bugs been fixed yet? (im waiting for a consistent 'yes' answer to patch, ahaha.)
The greying out of the hotkeys seems to be fixed but the saved layouts not quite right yet. When you reload a saved layout the hotkey bars are not in their original position. Several will be stacked on top of each other usually in upper left area of screen. At least in my observations.

What are structure attachments?
I am assuming this is a personal setting, if set to false then buildings you personally go into would not have furniture in it. It is not a setting for the building for everyone, just what you see.
Yup,just like loading screen or environment. setting to false will turn it off and setting to true will turn it back on.

That still holds true and is very unlikely to change. "Unfriendly players" refers to those who are your enemy in PvP matches or GMs who use a command to attack players. (Example - the raid on Chaos a few days ago with Fenrir the Ravager)
Judging by the patch note, previously, when you selected an "enemy" player, the icon next to the name was still a player symbol instead of the monster skull for example. :)

Valkors Blood Talon is a question mark for the inventory icon. Version shows 392.38
Along with the other 'blood' weapons.
Also you can no longer right click on an NPC and use the greet option, it says "your having a hard time talking to (NPC number)".
Have to make a hot key now to talk to NPC's.
The issue with greeting NPCs I passed along to the technical team yesterday, so hopefully that should be resolved in the next Blight client updates.
As for the blood weapons, that was mentioned not too long ago in this thread.

In plain english, the second point should mean that hoard abilities can now be used in costumes.

The Novian box is Checked.

I want to chime in and say that posts aren't ignored in bug reports. Sometimes there is nothing to do or to say about something that's reported, especially since most of the developers that check this forum are not client developers and instead work with the database. This sort of issue is a client issue and I would urge you to send in a ticket about it so it can be looked into by the proper people.
A simple reply of noted would at least let a person know wasn't ignored.
Yes the problem is in the blight client, isn't the bugs and or blight forums where such things should be reported? I see lots others posting bugs they find here and most get at least a simple response if not more, and don't see others being told put in a ticket.
With that said I'm tired of it, certain peoples posts whether it be bug reports or suggestions get immediant attention, other nothing but silence. I won't be posting anymore bug reports or suggestions.

Ok found the shopping list icon on the Item creation screen. Doesnt seem to do anything though. Tried both on chaos (patch to blight option) and on blight itself.
