missing items in my knowledge list i was working to make t6 to get tokens for my alt

Can you please help me for some reason again my password gets me into game but I cant get into support. some of my t6 formulas were here this morning and all of a sudden they were missing. this is the only way I can contract you. please help me and log into game I will be in game waiting I don't know what happened some of the items came back but not all. and I cannot get into support again its goofy for some reason. thank you so much lillyjo, chaos server.
