Horizons was the old name for Istaria.

The europe site no longer exists as it was all merged together onto the 2 servers of chaos and order.

In order to download and play Istaria you need to download the client from the following link

http://community.istaria.com/dl/download.php?t=f&i=6

This client will install and patch up the game for you.

(Please do not use the old Horizons installation CD's, the game software has changed so much that they are no longer compatible)

The main account types are free or trial (14 days) or a paid subscription.

The free account will be suitable if you want to explore the world as a human character, however if you want to play as another character such as a Dragon, then you will need to opt for the trial or a paid account.

As far as I know the Paid subscription listed on the CD box is no longer valid as the account types changed a while back.
