As I got the question several times now, the Beginner Festival Candies Formula ist the one containing the Spun Sugar (+5 Speed/Fly Speed, 1 hour) and Candied Carrots (+10 Dexterity, 1 hour) to craft, the Festival Meats contains Beef Pasty (+10 Strength, 1 hour) and Gruok Wurst (+50 Health, 1 hour).
