Sigil drop for Fallen Spirit Quest

In the new mini-dungeon on island of the drowned, you are asked to find the sigil looted from the fallen's body, return to him after. He tells you to go to the vault keeper in Sslanis to give to her. But if you continue to hunt the rest of your quests there before leaving, you continue to get the sigil drops. This should not happens once you speak to the fallen after receiving the first drop. I had about 15 sigils on me by the time I left the dungeon
