Simulation Update 7

Blight was just updated with a change that prevents Use actions from auto-retrying if a target is out of range. Snowballs specifically brought this up, because if you target a player with a snowball, and the player is out of range, you'll get spammed by feedback that the person is out of range (until you cancel the action, or come in range).

This does not affect combat actions.
