Regrowth + techs = working?

Quick and easy question - Regrowth can have Potency and Heal Increase tech'd onto it. Do they work? I made a Potency Regrowth and I can't say I've seen much of a difference.

I was hoping that it'd make it worth using Regrowth due to its longer duration than growth, as I get so darn tired of constantly recasting it.

Potency and Heal Increase do absolutely nothing with Regrowth because it is a heal-over-time. They have no effect on the heal ticks, they only work on the normal heal spells.
