"Current stat" lower than "Base stat"

I created a new Elf character on the Order shard (currently lv6 Scout and lv5 Blacksmith) and as the title says current Dexterity and Bow stats displayed are lower than the base Dexterity and Bow:

It seems to happen when I save my spent training points. Relaunching the game solves the display issue but once I level up and spend new training points in Dexterity and Bow (those are the only stats I spent TPs in), it happens again.

What should be displayed:

-Elf base dexterity: 65
-Lv6 Scout: 9 Dex/lv = 54
-TPs spent: 36/4 = 9
65+54+9 = 128 Dexterity (9 more... am i wrong?)

-Lv6 Scout: 10 Bow/lv = 60
-TPs spent: 36/3 = 12
-Elf racial: 110% Base bow
(60+12)*1.10 = 79 (OK)

Current Bow = Base Bow + 10% Dexterity = 79 + 0.10*119 = 90 (OK with 10% dexterity rounded down from the screenshot after relaunching).


I did a Full scan but it's still happening.
