Same for me.
It shows up in the spellbook, but when I drag it to a hotkey, it shows "Item/Ability Unavailable" and greys out
This is being looked into. As far as I know, this currently affects Blood Bolt V and Drain Bolt of various tiers. If any other spells could be named with the same issue, it could help find pattern that might help solve this. Don't be afraid to jot them down here!

someone said Wolf-Hunter ability was same, cant use once on hotkey, grey'd out.
I think I actually noticed this on blight yesterday, but drain bolt did work when you double clicked it from the knowledgebook.
Its a hotkey bar issue.
Please also fix the randomly graying out hotkeys as well. Or hotkey that grays out just because 1 item in the list (for custom hotkeys) you currently do not meet the requirements for..
I, and others with whom I play, at login often have 1 or more hotbars with greyed out icons. In such cases the hotbar with 5 or more gifts is the (or one of the ) hotbar(s) with greyed out keys.
A usually successful work around for this issue is to cast a heal (e.g. revitalize) on self, and the gift hotkeys become active.
Indeed there are hotbar issues which have persisted over at least 1 year.

Burning Archer is greyed out, too.
Thank you for your help; the tech guys have managed to get this tracked down and fixed. I'm not sure if the fix requires a server restart, but it should be rolling out soon. :)
