Post patch it is now not possible to join the Druid school.
I'm level 100 Druid but cannot join as all the NPC trainers just smile and wave at me now.
Other low level chars have the same problem.
Maybe they have been drinking that 'Niesa's Draught' reward that gives +100 Speed for an hour and now are so knackered they can't speak ;)
I didn't have any problems joining Druid school on Chaos. I'm not 100 though. Does the chat dialogue appear or not? I've seen occassionaly glitches to where I have to greet an NPC a couple of times before its recognized and the dialogue appears. But that's extremely rare.
If you don't have life skill 100 (such as from Cleric level 10) you cannot change to druid. If dialog wasn't available to tell you this, it should do so when you were refused. (Better yet would be if you have druid in your list of schools, why not allow you to rejoin despite not having the life skill.)

I think the requirement for druid is a flat 10 levels from cleric... happy to be corrected. Either way, I know this was a problem when it was first changed to be a semi-prestige school.
I assumed you had level 10 Cleric, but that's a good point. Take a look in Main chat tab when trying to join. It will give feedback message if there is an issue with requirements. But even without any Cleric school, the trainer will still show me the "Click here to Join" link. I get a feedback message when clicking, that I need 100 Life to join. But fairly sure you have to have 10 cleric, even if you have 100 Life from another school.
After a relog I have found that the only NPC trainer that will allow me to change to Druid is the one in Dalimond. None of the others have any dialogue anymore, they just wave when you click on them.
There is a problem with some trainers not having dialog any more. This will be fixed in a future update. I do apologize for the bug.
Getting the same no dialogue window issue with Spiritist trainers. For the record, I'm currently Chaos Warrior 41 and have Spiritist 20, but am unable to speak to a spiritist trainer to switch.
