Looking for a tier V tinkerer

Hiya'll,

I'm looking fora tinkerer with the following tier V techs:
Essence Structuring/Harvesting/Shaping
Enchanting/Transmutation
Power/Focus/Speed
Foraging
Armour
Obsidion/Blood dye

This is for a full set of cargo gear plus a shaper, siphon, structurer and alteration wand.

I have all thereagents lined up - I just need to know how much this will cost so that I know how much more cash to grind out (feeling poor after buying all the reagents)

Ask MMAI he has loads of tier V techs and even better fair prices

Alas, I have talked to MMAI and looked at Kadron's post, and neither of them seem to have the techs in the combinations I'm after.

My current hopes are on Yak, who is gaining techs at a decent rate I've heard and Nords, who needs a few more levels.

As to be found in my sig, I can easily makemarble essenceshapers with essence shaping 5. Additional sockets or tech 3 are no problem.
