Decryption Error from the launcher?

Granted, Tagath was in the middle of flying over the Elnath portal when he got an error 91 communications error. A relog ended up with an error 12 unable to connect error. Now this. Did something just flake out on the servers?

I was able to log in just fine now, but am checking to see if anyone was doing an update a bit ago.

I got something similar yesterday when first logging in after maintenance. I immediately tried again and my login has been normal since.

I got weirdness like that yesterday afternoon. Surfed the web after checking that no problems had happened with my account payments. Logged in later fine. The launcher has been a bit of a spaz lately. And it STILL dumps cache for XP users frequently even with all the settings at LEAVE IT THE HECK ALONE.
