Video Card Survey

There's been some talk recently internally about ways to improve the visual quality of Istaria and one of the items that was brought up was our support of non-ATI / nVidia cards (basically, that we support Intel video cards). When players make mention of the visual quality of a game, particle and shader effects have a very large part of perceived visual impact. If we focused shader effects towards nVidia and ATI cards (and no longer tried to support basic Intel cards), we could raise the bar for visual quality, since we could take advantage of all the higher end rendering effects. While we're not really considering going in this direction, it sparked the question - how many people actually use an Intel video card and does it make sense to put development effort into those special effects?
