Thread: Buying Lot w/ Guildhouse on it?

Question Buying Lot w/ Guildhouse on it?

    Just a quick question:
If you buy a lot that already has a Guildhouse on it, does that structure stay or is the structure a bug that goes away when you start building??

The guildhouse stays, as far as I understand it.

If your buying one with a guild house on it, chances are its a guild plot. It comes with all the surrounding plots to be bought up by people in your guild. However the guildhouse cannot be deconned or moved.

any plot with a guildhouse, when reclaimed as part of the "not destroying guild halls on guild plots" all plots keep any guild hall. if it's a normal plot, you can decon it yourself and build whatever you like.

the GH will however be empty. if it is a guild plot, it can not be detroyed if it's the castle plot (main owner plot for access to all outter lying plots) if not finished, it needs to be for access to the smaller plots in the guild community to be active
