Ahala's Sweet Brew

I've done all the quests (With my biped) at Bruttien Homestead and still haven't gotten the form - the only thing close was that I was sent to Feladan to get sweets for Ahala.

Can anyone direct me to where (Exactly) I can get the form? Do I need a certain level of confectioner?

Ahala's Sweet Brew is a potion not food. Believe you need to be Alchemist to get the Ahala's Sweet Brew Formula. The form requires 800 Alchemy skill to scribe.
