Vandus Confederation: Traitor in the Midst II (Spoiler)
This quest is still broken. After being to told to follow Gregory and talk with the Guards at the outposts, the quest ends after talking with the guard in Heart. There should be a link or extension to tell you to go to another site, (Shadow Campsite), before you go to kill him at Gregory's Camp.

I disagree that its a bug, but I will add some additional text. Nothing that says to go to the Shadowed Campsite, since after speaking with the NPC in Heart you don't know to go there.
