Does anyone knows if Guardian's Quake Attack shares a timer with Energy Sabre / Whirlwind?
I know the last 2 share a timer, but no idea about Quake.

Quake attack does not share a timer with Energy Sabre or Whirlwind. However, it does not increase damage like the other two. (I would say Energy Sabre is better than Whirlwind, unless the mob is highly resistant to Energy.) As you may have noticed, Quake Attack has a relatively short timer, making it quite useful indeed.

That's great, thank you.
I was hoping so since it has no damage bonus and is on a much faster recycle timer, but wanted to be sure.
Till now I'm enjoying my Reaver bomb although he doesn't seem to have enough AoE attacks. Quake will be a nice addition.
