Shield Tech Kit: Phoenix

I've tried around a little bit, the Shield Tech Kit: Phoenix can not be applied on:

Ceremonial Tower Shield
Socketed Crested Fine Yew Cross Round Shield (with a Crest of Blackhammer Clan Effect and 2 x Socket on it)
Socketed Fine Yew Cross Round Shield (3 x Socket)

I'd really this special appearance to be placeable on special shields

You filled the spots where the tech kit could go with sockets. If they did not have a socket then you would have been able to put the tech kit.

*Ceremonial Tower Shield can not take any kit. That is an Epic item.

Its not a tech kit, its just an appearance modifier like a dye kit. It should fit, assuming the item can be dyed.

Since ceremonial cannot be dyed, it will likely not apply there. But would be nice if it could.

Both Champion and Phoenix were bugged, they said they took 0 but they were still taking 1 tech slot. Will be fixed in the next delta.

Unfortunately the Ceremonial Shield cannot be modified to take techniques (the base item itself does not). Will ponder what solutions for that we can take.
