Color Hoard mod?

I can't seem to find the Color Hoard mod, does anyone know where I can find it?

It's implemented into the game, so I'm not sure if you can find it on the forums anymore....at least very easily, anyways. It appears on all color schemes (sapphire, emerald, ect.) other than default.

Um, I got another dumb question to ask. How do you change the color scheme?

I just found it! LOL. Being able to export a texture, edit it, and import it back, you'd think I could figure something so simple out as to change the UI.
