Masks and Costumes?

I have returned from a year absence from Istaria! I've noticed all the lovely changes too!

But I would like to know where to find masks and costumes(if you can still get them xD) now?? As I can only remember finding them at the Fall Festival? Where have they been moved too? xD

heya rufy, first of all welcome back, second of all, the seasonal events (and thus the costume/mask merchants) have been revamped, now they take place on the previous training isles (now known as resorts) like New Brommel, etc.

Mask idea: Pirate bandana on top of head, and an eye patch! course it wouldn`t actualy cover the eye, but bet it would look coool. maybe for new year`s summer festival.

The Fall Festival is now held on Island of New Brommel (from New Trismus Portal go to the Genevia Portal Hub and one of the Teleports there has the New Brommel destination).
