NE USA Comcast connection issues?

I live in central PA, and I'm getting Transport Errors when attempting to connect to Istaria.

A tracert to to 68.142.64.210 stops at he-4-6-0-0-cr01.ashburn.va.ibone.comcast.net

A friend in California (also on a Comcast connection) is able to do a complete tracert, but his route does not pass through the bx above.

Is anyone else having issues?

I did not have issues with Istaria, but did have intermittent issues with access to another site (DC forums) earlier. No idea if it's related in any way.

Central PA has been having issues in general today. It is not an Istaria thing, but an internet/ISP thing.

And believe me, so does Comcr@p. When they'll fix it is anyone's guess.

Buckeye-cable system in Toledo oHIo is also having issues keep loosing my phone and internet talking to an police officer that lives next door , says its making an mess of most of the alarm systems in the area

Looks like Comcr@p has addressed the issue that I initially reported.

Where my tracert was still failing earlier this morning, it now completes and I am now able to log into Istaria.
