Marcus Gem Quests

Were the gem quests that started with Marcus in Kion removed? I did a forum search and could find updates like the number of required gems reduced, but nothing that said these quests were removed.

Today I tried to start the quest with my DCRA 17 hatchie, and Marcus offered no quests. I next tried with my Level 10 Jeweler, and again no quests were offered. I tried talking the Bastea in Kion, and nothing there. I even travelled to see Murrina in Parsinia and nothing from her either.

This happened on Chaos.

What was your adventurer level? If you were under 15 at the time, try again when your adventurer level is 15.

No neither adventure level was 15. Why should a craft quest be dependent upon adventure level? Especially a "beginner" craft quest?

The quest is level 15 because there are mobs of that level around the target npc. Your adventure level needs to be level 15.
