Quest disabled

When it says that a quest is disabled due to level or crafting requirements,is it possible to tell what's disabling it?.as I was doing the quest Narvis Tan: Behind on my Qouta (Repeatable) on my 29 warrior, I changed from armorer to blacksmith to get XP on the blacksmith,but apparently this disables the quest,as I can't see any other reason that it's disabled. It was fine until I switched crafting schools.

Switch back, and it should enable. Some quests are class specific, they will become disabled when not in the correct class.

It may be level related as well - I've noticed that in particular with the higher level bank vault upgrades. Switching back solves the problem. If you want on the blacksmith, you can try dropping the quest, then as blacksmith approach him again...
