Character Recovery Tokens

I have a small question about these - I have a character from years ago that I kind of miss and I was thinking about trying to recover, but I'm not sure how long those tokens go back for. One of my friends got her old character back from over 2 years ago I believe, but another got told she couldn't get hers back that was only deleted for a month. How successful are those tokens and how long do they usually go for?

I think the best method would be asking a dev. if the character`s info is still in the main system, they should be able to be recovered. Just send in a ticket, and ask.
