Titles
A few live patches ago, well maybe even as long as a year ago a title quest for the Carrion Crawlers in Doom was added. The first one a kill 100 quest like all the others. Were the second and third title levels of 500 and 1000 not added? Nothing available to me after the 100 title was completed.

I'm not aware there was. I believe you're referring to the title "Creepy Crawler Crusher" which gives +50 flame bonus when using the title. Is that the title you have currently or another one? If you don't have this emblem/title, then there would have been.
