Glass Bottles?

What are the glass bottles for? I know the glass vials are for potions. But what about the bottles, and why are they sold by confectioners? Are there some drink recipes that need them?

I think glass bottles are used for Granny Nuffle's Festival Punch? But I also (rp) use them once in a long while for presenting pet fish to new guild members.
