New restart bugs

First, I went to open the silos I have been filling, and they never changed from saying silo storage to the type of silo and revealing their contents. So, to give it more time, I went off to whack some mithril, and it said my mithril mining pick had a quality of 2 and a 5 was needed. This is the same pick and cog I was using just the other day with no problems.
