Loyalty Tokens not being sent to character

Hey everyone!

I already made a ticket about this, but so far I'm having no luck, so I thought that maybe asking the community might help a bit.
Recently I sent 8 tokens over to my SO's dragon so that he could buy the Goliath Beetle pet, however after 2 days they still hadn't appeared on his character, a day after that we saw that they had appeared on the launcher (underneath the loyalty tokens counter as "(8)"), but again, not on his character. and no possible way to redeem them to his character.

I'm wondering if anybody could possibly help us with this?

we redeemed his loyalty token to see if it would force the other ones to appear, no luck with that either.

also, there are no pouches or anything in his vault, so it can't be that they're hiding in any of those.

Are you sure, you redeemed them to the correct character? In my case in the beginning I made the mistake to redeem tokens to the character Pharaxes Sphaerideion_blight (which of course was totally useless)

What does "SO" mean, pls?
And you know that you have to do them on by one-not 8 at the same time?

SO stands for significant other.

Anyway, yes I'm sure I sent them to the right character and that they registered, as the launcher (for him) says 8 underneath the loyalty tokens icon, but with no way to redeem them.
