Jman formulas/techs, tier 3

I've been trying to update my collection of techs/forms, and I need tier 3 things.
I hunted the ice blights in the northern deadlands for a few hours, and got quite a few things, but the spawn is so widespread and sparse.
I tried some pygmies/ogres in the 40's, neither of which dropped any techs/forms.
Are the ice blights really the only source for the things I need?

Techniques and formulas drop in the "second half" of the tier, so for T3 it would be monsters levels 50-60. So no, they wouldn't drop off mobs in their 40's. But many more mobs than just the ice blights do drop techs and formulas. Though admittedly T3 is right now the hardest tier to get formulas and techniques as that is a tier still in need of revamping, it is something we are aware of and starting work on.

In addition to the Greater Ice Blights, any of the undead in NDL (Ghost, Zombie, Mummy, etc) most are 50-60

My favorite spot and its JMan galore, is the Pale Hatchlings on Draak. If you're a ped, you can run across the bridge from Settlement: Lerena. Those are also 50-60. That's pretty much the only thing in the 50 to 60 range. They roam the island in droves, so you should be able to find a camp spot and plan your ambush.

Maggots, fyakki, automations, kwellen will only drop crystals.

If you want a quick way to deduce the list available, heres what I did, I searched for "Lvl 5" on Istaria Map (make sure you type Lvl, not Level) - as this is how its listed on map pack. This should show all mobs that start with either Lvl 5 (ie 50, 51, 52). This will show Level 5 mobs, but there should only be a couple on the list. Once you find your level range, then look at the list at bottom of page, and find undeads or semi-intelligents (Skulk, Ogres, Pygmies, Werewolves, Gloomwolves).

I believe this is the range of mobs' levels to hunt. I was never quite sure if it 50-60, 51-60 or 50-59 as an example, but think this is it, roughly.

T1: 11-19
T2: 30-39
T3: 50-59
T4: 70-79
T5: 90-99

Thanks for the info. I think I'll just use what I have and skip to tier IV.
