Possibly Silly Question

I looked around and couldn't find an answer, so, apologies if this has been asked and answered...I know there's a scheduled maintenance every Tuesday, but, what time does it usually start? Hopping into the forum and seeing that the maintenance will be a "normal" one of 2-4 hours doesn't tell me a lot about when I can start looking to see if things are back up and running

I always thought it was 0400ish PST.

Deforians post today shows early 0300, 2-4 hours, up a little after 0800.

The maintenance is based on the local time in a local that doesn't participate in daylight savings time. The local time there is the same as PDT, but PST is an hour earlier.

The rest of Arizona doesn't.
