old char merge to main account

Ok...I found information to really old account and wonder if I could transfer the char on that account to main account.
I want to send ticket but im not sure which category to put it in.
Any help appreciated.

General - Accounts

as long as you have the infomration for the old account and can verify that it is you, it should be possible.
