Throat Patch Mod?

I didn't really know where to post this, so I just thought I'd post it here if anyone had an answer for me.

I know a few years back that Raptress made a throat patch mod for dragons because of the weird missing space between the head and chest. I had this mod installed a while back, but I only downloaded the one where the chest plates went all the way up to the chin of the model which really bugged me.
I've looked everywhere but the file seems to be deleted. Does anyone know where I can find it, or does anyone have an alternative mod for me to use?

Hmm.. I can't seem to find it on any other database, but I also can't find Cegaiel's to check. (There's no link for it on Istaria Reference.. thought there was) I never used the mod myself but I'll ask some friends to see if they used it by chance.

I don't have it. But googled "Throat Patches - Original.zip istaria" . Came up with a few links. Those links led to a mega.co.nz link, but it says file is no longer available

That's the one I originally had. It's the first mod package which allows the chest plates to end at the base of the chin rather than the second one which ends at the start of the head :c
