Hi all, I'm trying to recover an old account but I'm not having much luck, can anyone advise where to start?

Create the ticket and try to remember any of your old character names. It would aswell help if you can name them your e-mail adress you used to register the account. Also, the shard you played on. All additional info they may ask you if they need it.

Whoops sorry, I forgot your question.
I'm not sure if you need to but it's surely not a bad idea to create an account.

Suppport tickets can be sent in Guest mode, you don't need to login, just click the Submit Ticket button. There are less options (categories) to choose from, in Guest, but doesn't really matter what you pick. General - Accounts is just fine.

Send in details as much as you can remember, Name, address, city - the info you believe would match in the database. Any other clues you can give, email address you had at the time (list more than one if you're not sure), if you can remember the character name or partial name. Every little clue will help with a successful recover.

it can sometimes take a while to get a reply, and it being the holiday season things have been slow.

Meepsa is right, just wait some more days and then ask for the state in your ticket. That helped me on some issues.

I don't see any unanswered support tickets from the 28th. I do see two requests for old account info on that day, but both were using Guest accounts on support.istaria.com and that means the ticket might not appear on that site. Instead the replies would be sent to the email addresses provided. One request was using gmail.com and other was hotmail.co.uk as reply address.

Either way, all tickets are answered, please send in another one and be sure to include the date of 12/28 that the original ticket was sent it so it can be found quickly. You might also want to re-check your email for the reply or check the Spam folder.

Hi there, did you get your reply yet? I see your new ticket, but noticed the email addresses were different between each one. If you haven't received a reply yet, can you send me a Private Message (click on my name in red/maroon letters top left of this post) and let me know an email address you use currently?

I would've sent you a pm, but sometimes those are quite noticeable, figured you'd look here again eventually if any problems.
