I need 5 Seared Grilled Trout to finish Shinning Blade quest, but i don't found this formula, it's a loot ? A trainer sell ?

That is in the formula Journeyman Advanced Main Dishes. I believe the "Advanced" formulas are drop only, try t4 mobs level 70-79, that are known to drop formulas. That would be ogres and pygmies north of Dralk that come immediately to mind, I know these drop formulas and techniques. It's also possible that lvl 60-79 drop those. I recall its the top half of the tier that drops formulas and techniques, and 40-79 is journeyman.

You can also just get these off a tavern or from another player.

That quest needs Seared Grilled Trout too, but not a reward for it. Its the Journeyman Advanced Main Dish formula.

Lexica says > after speaking with Lady Kendra at the start of the quest you get the forms for the Quest. Is this not right? That's down near the bottom under rewards.

Lexica is mistaken if that is what is says. You will get some forms as a reward once the quest is finished, but not the Journeyman Advanced Main Dishes: (from the wiki)
