everytime i try to get into the game it comes up with Error ID 34 and i have gone over my username and password to make sure i am typing it correctly and i even changed my password and its still giving me the same error... Is there a way to fix this cause i just payed for a sub???

I don't think anyone can really help you without knowing what operating system you're on and what the error says beyond 'ID 34' (if it says anything). ^^; While this sounds basic, have you tried restarting your computer? You'd be surprised how effect that can be with a connectivity issue sometimes. Otherwise, I'm not entirely sure what to say.

Unless someone over here has had this error before and knew how to resolve it, I think your best bet for a response/active help would be at http://support.istaria.com/ for these kinds of errors, too. The devs are very quick to respond and I'm sure they'll be happy to move your sub up a few days (if possible) if the error can't be resolved within a couple days.

I have heard of this error Id before, check and make sure your login name or password on launcher does not have a space at the end. It will look fine but it is not.

That error means invalid username or password.

If your username has a space in it, be sure to replace it with the + sign.

A very long time ago we used to be able to use email addresses to login (If I recall correctly). Then it was converted to use usernames only. If your username had a space such as "John Doe" you'd want to use "John+Doe".
