Health vs dex/str has always been a strange thing with enhances/raises and surges. seems you can only have 3 active at one time. but health should not interfere with the others.. it should only interfere with armor and it doesn't

Raise Health has had strange conflicts for as long as I can remember. The only reason It hasn't been a major issue over the years is that people prefer to use enhances rather than raises due to their longer durations. Most of the people I know that use raise health do so only for the cleanse effect and short recycle, but the same can be done with enhance health as well.
Enhances have the same stacking restrictions:
Stack 1) Armor (stacks with anything)
Stack 2) power or focus
Stack 3) strength, or dexterity, or health
You can't stack 2 similar buffs such as power/focus or strength/dex. That pretty much makes sense. Health is likely lumped with str/dex so that you can only have 3 stacks of buffs, and not 4. And since casters are typically weaker armored and get less health per level, the fairest thing across classes was to stack it with the melee buffs. (My theory)
Im using raises at the moment cause im in a school that doesnt allow enhances to be used, sorcerer is one.
Yes id prefer and would use enhances if was able to.
