Improved Flame Bolt + Burning Damage I = Charring Improved Flame bolt.. totally broke

Crafted this combination for a friend, scribed successfully.. but when they try to use it on an enemy it tells them "Your enemy is immune to that attack type, you must change your attack if you wish to engage this enemy" when using it. Shows up as 'Charring Improved Flame Bolt I', I am assuming the charring/burning damage I is the broken part. Haven't tested with other spells.

What was your friend using 'Charring Improved Flame Bolt I' on, some mobs are immune to flame attack. If it says that on everything that was attacked with that spell, then I would say there is an issue

The skeletons right outside new Trimus - the same ones that flame bolt I kills as a newbie mage, etc.
