New NPC in Chiconis?

There's a new dragon in Chiconis (or at least I've never seen him before).

It's using the hatchling model, and his name is Karaus. He's standing at the top of the path up from the shrine, in the middle of the road. When you click him, it shows no level or health, and when you try to greet him, nothing happens.

Any idea who he is, or what he's for?

Follow him, he is going to show you around new Chiconis and then runs away, i dont think its actually npc.

He is an "npc" - well not technically, but he serves the same purpose as one.

Shariek, the two fighting dragons in Chiconis, Terry in Harro's Guards - they are all like this, "NPC"s with 0/0 hp.

Though if you follow Karaus he runs all around the "new" bits added to chiconis, ahaha.

They are client entities - created temporarily when you go in range of where they are supposed to appear, as they are not techncially NPCs they have no health and no dialogue. It makes the place look more npc-populated.
