All potions in the game.. less 2 make 2 potions per batch. Myloc str and myloc focus potions are the only 2 that do not make 2 per batch. a bug?

As hard as it is to gather these resources needed to make the potions.. shouldn't then be 2 per batch?

am I missing something here?
