You don't have to buy the game to play it, you do however have to subscribe. There is a one week trial period first, which you can cancel if you don't like it (and not be billed at all)

Wrong, 7 days. Its only 30 days if you buy the box. So you can play 7 days for free...after that you pay the subscription fee.
